Our Taco Bar is a buffet style build-your-own spread with all the essentials – warm tortillas, your choice of proteins, fresh toppings, salsas, drinks, desserts and sides – so everyone can make their tacos exactly how they like them. Easy to serve, easy to customize, and perfect for groups of 10 and more.
How far in advance should I place my catering order?
We recommend ordering at least 24 – 48 hours in advance whenever possible. Last-minute orders may be accommodated based on availability.
What is the minimum order for catering?
Our catering order minimum is $75.
How do I know how much food to order?

Do you offer vegetarian or vegan options?
Yes! We offer vegan “Chicken” Strips as a protein option, along with several vegetarian sides and toppings.

Can I place a catering order for the same day?
Absolutely! Catering orders can be placed up to 4 hours before your scheduled drop-off time.
Do you offer corporate accounts or recurring catering?
Absolutely! We can set up House accounts and recurring orders. Please reach out to our catering team directly for this. Email Catering@ElJefesTaqueria.com.
Do you offer delivery?
Yes! Delivery is available for catering orders. A $30 delivery fee applies to orders of $300 or less, and a 10% delivery fee applies to orders over $300.
Do you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We can accommodate many dietary needs. Please let us know about any allergies or dietary restrictions when placing your order so our team can provide the best available options.
Can I choose more than one protein?
Yes! Some catering packages allow you to select multiple proteins. Our Burrito Tray, for example, includes a choice of 2 proteins.
Do you provide plates, utensils, napkins, and serving supplies?
Yes! We make sure you have everything you need to serve your meals and also offer the option to purchase chafing disposable dishes to keep your family/buffet style meals hot!
Can I pick up my catering order instead of having it delivered?
Yes! Catering orders can be picked up at the selected El Jefe’s location.
Can I order catering for an office party, family/friends get-together, wedding, or large event?
Absolutely! We cater everything from office lunches and family gatherings to parties and larger events.
Do you offer chafing dishes or warming equipment?
Absolutely! Disposable Chaffing dishes are available for purchase on our online menu
What happens if I need to make a change to my order?
Contact our catering team as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes depending on how close your event is and whether your order has already been prepared.
